Deep Breath! Let it out!

After 6 weeks of training, today will be my first day speaking to customers. I'll have another 8 weeks of mentoring before I'm left all alone with the customers - how cool is that, how excellent is that? How many companies take customer service so seriously? This company rocks!

I'm a bit nervous, but I feel well-equipped by the training. It's all good - there's just a lot of self-induced stress on The First Call.

  3. We're all very nice and very helpful - you can't request a specific rep, and even if you could, I wouldn't call me until I had more experience!

    A lot more.

  4. Also, when's the last time you turned the phone off? You should power the phone off at least once a day - turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on.

    You wouldn't believe how many probelems turning it off/on will solve.

    A cell phone is a tiny computer - you have to reboot it regularly!
