I can't tell you how happy I am to have a wife who's passionate enough to choke me when I disagreed with her choice for 'Best Doctor Who Ever'.

She feels Eccleston is the best, while I'm a Tennant fan - David Tennant has the perfect blend of seriousness and fun. I adore Baker, but he's a bit goofy for me.

Of course, her exposure to the world of Doctor Who is limited to the last two incarnations, so she really can't make a fully informed decision.
