I totally stole this from BoingBoing

I'm busy busy today, so here's a cool piece from BoingBoing.net -

Slate commissioned designers to produce six vintage pulp-fiction covers for classic novels like Moby Dick, The Iliad, and Alice in Wonderland.

  1. Love it. I always thought Alice was on an opium kick while falling through the hole!

  2. Yep, a great work of literature that was ruined when disney 'sanitised' it.

An extremely dark exploration of insanity, turned into a cartoon for children.

Coming next week: Disney's "Schindlers List", featuring those wacky Waffen SS officers (wait for their musical number!)
