Weigh-In Note

Note to myself:

Weighed this morning - 201lbs.

Same as last week.

Mebbe I lost some fat and gained some muscle?
Hope so.

I mean, an hour a day of exercise, six days a week, has to do something.
And my heartrate was getting up there, too. No slow walkin for me.
As high as 171, at one point.

Sounds a little too high, really.

...Hmn, I just looked it up, and it seems that 170bpm is "danger zone".
Highest it should get is 164, for my age group.
